How It Works

Upload — Send your image or video to the /remove endpoint

Process — Our AI analyzes and removes the background

Download — Receive the processed image in your response (or a download link for video)

Videos go to the same endpoint; Poof detects the media type from the file content. The difference is that the work runs in the background: POST /remove accepts the clip with 202 and returns a job, you poll it, then download the result from its result_url. See Video.
